The Mesui Hotel Bukit Bintang offered a cozy place to stay, with a very friendly staff that were accommodating. The rooms were a bit small, but clean, which was a plus. Its location was fantastic, just a short walk from the vibrant food street of Jalan Alor. though I did encounter issues with the water heater and cleanliness in the bathroom that could use improvement.

My stay at The Mesui Hotel was quite mixed. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, but the room left much to be desired. It was small and lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator or even a safe. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the overall experience felt more like staying in a budget hostel than a boutique hotel.
